I’m the author of San Diego Stories published in September 2024 by Cowboy Jamboree Press. My first novel, A Question of Family, is available from Stanchion Press.
You can find links to many other published stories and essays on my “published work” page. I’d long thought about creative writing but got serious about twelve years ago and applied to the MFA program at SDSU. For five years, I was “forced” to try out my dream which was wonderful.
I serve as the fiction editor at The Twin Bill and read for Porcupine Literary.
In my “real life”, I’m a husband, dad, San Diego community college math professor, mentor in the Congolese refugee community, mountain biker, and mediocre hockey player.
